By the end of 2001, Raynold landed a chef position at Pesce in Dupont Circle where he worked for more than two years. In 2003, he joined forces with restaurateur Latin Concepts to supervise the hip Latin restaurant Aguardiente, as well as oversee the development of another Latin venture, Ceviche.

Shortly thereafter, Raynold became a partner at LIMA, which has become one of the most successful restaurants and party spots in the District since it opened its doors in 2006. And in case you were wondering, he still does math.
